Pipeline Leak detection and localisation system

Bright Engineering Ltd successfully delivered and installed a Pipeline Leak detection and localisation system between Lukoil Neftochim Bourgas Refinery and Rosenets Oil Terminal.

With realization of mentioned system following targets was achieved :

• Minimizing risk of illegal break of pipeline;
• Reducing of loses of highly valued materials and products ;
• Reducing of environmental risks from contamination result of technical failure or criminal activities;

Localization system for pipeline leakage discovering any failures or leakages along of pipeline with high enough accuracy and such events have been registered and visualized in to a system 24 hours/7 days per week.

The system ensure real time synchronization, registration of all detected events, visualization at HMI with diagram of protected area linked with geographic map.

The system also provide audio-visual information for all detected leakages showing exact location and all controlled values of transported fluids.
