Moisture-analyzer dew.IQ is the latest addition to the series of IQ analyzers , production of GE Measurement & Control. Single-channel analyzer has been designed for precise and reliable real-time operation with the proven over the years M series sensors or through the new sensors of IQ series. These analyzers have been designed for processes, in which control of moisture content is of great importance for the efficiency of the working process.For instance, such a process is the drying in many industrial enterprises – Thermal Power Plants (TPP), metallurgical industries, pharmaceutics, gas preparation, etc. The compact analyzer dew. IQ possesses an intuitive user interface, allowing quick and easy configuration of the device on site. Built-in data loger allows in real-time the qualitative monitoring of the controlled process. New sensor of IQ series incorporates an integrated electronic module, in which is recorded the calibration data of the sensor, and the communication between the sensor and the device is realized with a twisted-pair wiring. Both sensors (M and IQ) allow work in conditions of complete vacuum up to pressures of 345 bar.
