Machine Condition Monitoring System

The project includes delivery of Machine Condition Monitoring Systems for 3 Centrifugal compressors Hitachi, 4 reciprocating compressors Howden, 1 Screw compressor GEA and 2 Blowers – Fima.

The MMS is based on 3500 System – on-line machinery monitoring and protection system and System 1 asset management and diagnostic platform.

Numbered above machines are covered by number of six 3500 Racks and one System 1 Server.

Bright Engineering project activities include:

• Delivery of 3500 System Racks and System 1 Platform;
• Detailed MMS design check, comments, advice and approval.
• Cabinet construction supervising.
• FAT of MCMS at Honeywell facilities in Sofia.
